Buyer Beware: StellaStarish

*This is a complete and honest review of StellaStarish Cosmetics, also known as Stella Starish Cosmetics. I cannot review her makeup products as I was never fortunate enough to use them or even see them. Read below to find out more about this review of Stella Starish Cosmetics.*

I hate to write this, but after reporting StellaStarish Cosmetics to two "bad vendor" pages, I was told because she gave me a refund (after 6 weeks of lying and not sending my products), they couldn't list her. I understand their policies (they said they would have to remove her from the list if she refunded me), so it is not their fault at all, but now I feel like I have to use every venue possible to speak out because StellaStarish Cosmetics is acting like she didn't do anything wrong. Her latest status is "Honesty is the best policy always!!! Girls doesn't matter what happens honesty will always prevail! I'm really happy!" Not only is that terribly unprofessional, it's not the truth at all. StellaStarish is one of the farthest thing from honest that I've ever seen.

In October, I was contacted by Stella to do a review of her makeup products. We chatted back and forth quite a bit, and I ended up promoting for her and getting her Facebook fans before the review items even arrived. She told me she sent them the week of October 5th. In November, I still had not received the items. I asked her about them and she said she was just really busy with "paid" orders. I already promoted for her, so I figured I would purchase some makeup so she could bump me to the top of the list. I participated in her Black Friday sale at the end of November. When I emailed her about it, I got no response. Finally on December 1st, she responded and we completed the sale.

By Christmas, I still had not received my order (the paid one or the review one - which I had given up hope on at this point). She emailed me on Christmas saying she promised to mail it on the 26th. On January 11th, I still had not received my makeup. I contacted her on Facebook and she was very rude from the get-go about me not having my order. She said she had mailed it twice and it must have gotten lost. Then she said she had the flu and got sick so she couldn't mail it. Then she said she would mail it again AND give me a refund. I told her I support small businesses and did not want a refund, I just wanted my package. She insisted. I was satisfied - getting my package and a refund was a great way to solve this 6 weeks of waiting for makeup!

Her promoters (that she pays in product) started getting involved, drama ensued, and she blocked me from her page - I was never terribly rude, just stated facts and said that it was terrible customer service, which it was. Stella blocked me from her fan page and I filed a paypal dispute that night. The next day I still had not received a refund, though she promised I would. I escalated the dispute to a claim. On Friday, I finally received a refund - after 6 long weeks of dealing with all of this crap. And she was again claiming she would send my package to me, but now (Saturday), she is saying she will not. I don't expect my package, but it was a nice offer and a great way to make me a repeat customer - but after reporting her to the boutique protection pages on Facebook and her arguing and taking zero responsibility, I've decided I have to warn others about her.

I hate to have to do this, because I love supporting small businesses, but ordering from StellaStarish Cosmetics was a big mistake and I have to let everyone know about it. I am not the only one who has had problems like this. During our conversations, two others posted on her wall asking where their products were. Those posts were promptly deleted and those folks were blocked as well. I saw a post on another fan page about her poor customer service and the person never getting their package, and Stella's fans bullied that person until she removed their post. :( Stella finally sent a delivery confirmation number to that person, though. I never got mine. 6 weeks! Well, almost 3 months if you add in the time from the review item.

I think if Stella had ever sent even one package to me - even if it was late - I would have been a repeat customer. Also if she had stuck with her "I will refund you and send your package" that she stated this week, I would not have reported her or written a post about her. But liars do not deserve to be in business and someone HAS to speak out about them!

I already told you I have had problems with stella as well but like I told you her fans all harassed me until I took my posts down. I still get messages from her promoter "jaley" sometimes. She is an evil bitch do not order from her!!!

I, too, saw the whole Facebook ordeal. It was definitely enough to make me never want to order from her. Her goonies were ridiculous and acted like she could do nothing but poop rainbows. I know things can get crazy when owning a small business, but it's never a reason for rudeness toward a customer!

Exactly, she was very rude about it all and the big problem is that she took ZERO responsibility for my package not arriving. 6 weeks is a LONG TIME. She said she shipped it twice. Now what are the chances of a package from the same person, to the same person, getting lost TWICE? And after it gets lost once, don't you send it delivery confirmation the next time?

I agree that stella is very unprofessional. And its not just with the black friday sale. There is so much more, deeper rooted problems that not many people know about. I can only touch the tip of the iceburg on this one. She tries to play the role of a good christian woman that values her family and hasnt a care in the world. She plays up her business to make it seem as though it is on top of the world, when in fact she has never even gotten out of the red. She hired in new help but they have done nothing but hurt any chances she had at being a good business. She logs in under her husbands account to post things about how much he loves her and how wonderful of a mother she is and how great her business is. Im not sure if she has a split personality but she seriuosly needs help. She is also very shady. She does things to attract business from her compatition constintly but it only gets her in deeper shit. She never sends things out on time if she sends them at all. Seriously stay away from this crazy girl you dont even know the half of it.

LOL I am so glad someone brought this out, I ordered from Stella when she first came out (I love trying out new Indie mineral lines!!) and I was Not highly impressed nor was I dissapointed. Shipping took way too long and I highly suspect she repackages or atleast does not mix in a base. I would say they are just ok. I will tell you though I was so tempted to participate in her Black Friday sale but I already had blown my money eleswhere and I am glad I did! I watched the drama unfold and then I watched as she did not respond and just deleted peoples comments it was extremely unprofessional. Well Stella.. 4 months in and you have made a name for yourself! Just not the name you expected. I will stick with my Pretty Addictions,MSC,Aromaleigh,Simply Kendra, and Glamour Doll eyes for now!!!

I hate commenting anonymously, especially with others above me doing so as well, but I have a business to protect. I purchased from Stella when she first started advertising on Facebook. I love indie makeup companies and was excited to tell everyone about how amazing her makeup was because she bragged about it constantly. I will say that I could tell she doesn't make her own makeup, it is a premade base just as Jess stated above. I was sorely disappointed with my order and Stella did nothing to fix it. I unliked her page and moved on but really felt like something more needed to be done. I'm glad you are posting about this and I truely do wish I could post as who I am but I don't want her promoters to harass me and try to destroy my business. I'm sorry.

"I in NO way am trying to defend myself. Yes, after I emailed Sadie back Christmas night I did say I would send her another package the very next day. I had no idea I was going to be knocked off my feet by the flu for a week the day after. a few days earlier I had written a post about the tracking and packages being delivered much later than usual..Here is that post copy and pasted from my wall..."Hello!! I'm here I'm here!:) Yesterday I had to take a "personal" day..I went out of town to get a second opinion about my foot..turns out I'm not crazy!..lol..I have a pinched nerve in my foot..Boo!! On the plus side doc says it'll heal well:) Also I want you to know I've heard a few people mention they didn't receive a tracking number from stamps or there tracking is "untrackable" I've seen from much larger companies than my own this is common during the Holidays:/ I reassure you all your packages will arrive!!:) Also..lol..one more thing..we've finally found a different method than paypal..We should have our new site set up tomorrow! Thank you so much for your patience I've gotten many emails and messages letting me know packages are slowwwwly being delivered. I can't imagine how the poor post office people must feel:/"

She ASSURED me my package would arrive, but it never did. :( She can't blame two lost packages to the same person on the post office!

I think it really says something when everyone has to post under 'anonymous' to avoid being harassed by her brute squad.

I have had my eye on her company for a while. Something has always seemed a little bit off about her. I've noticed that she seems to really play the 'down home mommy & wifey' card quite a lot. She'll tell a cutesy story about her kids..then follow it up with some excuse of some sort. It seems to be a little manipulative to me. For example her latest post starts out telling some story about how she rescued a dog and found it a home, but then goes on to bash this blog post. She plays the martyr a little too well. I smell a rat.

Do you know what I find to be extremely hilarious? The fact that there is not one comment left on this post defending Stella, they have all without a doubt been deleted by the owner (as I'm sure this one will)
Another thing, in this post I see so much about Stella's "brutes" when in fact after being on facebook for just a few minutes I have not seen one post from any of them, only posts from Robyn's ridiculous promoters that are posting this and bashing stella all over facebook. So in reality, who has the brute squad here? You're all making yourselves look ridiculous and it's kind of embarrassing to watch, honestly.

If any of you actually know Stella personally you might be able to start saying something but you are being very childish. First of all: No one should lower themselves to swear at one another. It is disgusting and unnecessary, no matter what side of this you are on. Second: Despite what this blog post & following comments says, Stella is actually a beautiful woman and my BROTHER has been in love with Stella since he was like 15...so much so that he wouldn't look at hot women on TV because he only wanted to have eyes for Stella. He has always been that way, so when you start getting into someone's personal life and degrading their marital love, I start to have BIG problems. SO, Anonymous...you know who you are and I highly suggest you SHUT. YOUR. MOUTH. If you have a problem with my sister-in-law's business, that's ok. If you didn't get the service you wanted, that's ok. Things happen. We don't all get what we want. I have not deleted any comments, nor have I posted as anonymous. :) I also have not brought anyone into this except for the person who lied to me repeatedly, Stella herself. Her religion was brought into this because she posts about it constantly, but does exactly the opposite of what the bible tells her to do as a "good christian woman". Either way, her business practices are extremely shady and I felt led to warn others about her.

If you disagree with me that is absolutely fine but I will not be silenced, I will not be afraid and post as "anonymous", nor will I remove this until I get a genuine apology from Stella herself. The only attempts she made to rectify the situation were done ONLY in the public eye and ONLY because I reported her.

The decision to post about Stella was not one I took lightly. It took me 6 weeks to do so, for good reason. If you look at this page you will not see ANY other negativity, that's not how I am. But I will not be silenced by the bullying and I am here to warn others about what happened to me. She may be a "great person" in your eyes but she has not shown that to me and she is not a great business person based on the experiences I've had with her. She did not only delete my posts, she deleted everyone else's posts when they asked why they hadn't received their order in over a month, and she also deleted the hateful things she said so she didn't look like the bad guy.

So I've read all these comment, the blog and the other posts before they were deleted off of Stella's page and I have a few observations to make.

1) If a customer had a bad experience they are WELL WITHIN their right to post a bad review, with whatever their opinion is, because it is their review.

2) Commenters, you can feel however you want about said review, it does not change the fact that the event happened and that Stella's (not your's) customer was treated poorly.

3) For those of you who were posting about the "similar writing patterns" and such, unless you are a PROFESSIONAL, TRAINED, EXPERIENCED graphologist; it is highly unlikely that you can determine the similarity between plain text posts. Unfortunately, unless someone types with their dialect, you have no real clues as to their meaning. There is no inflection in writing. So please, try and refrain from making assumptions about post similarity without the proper training.

4) The cussing, regardless of how you feel, is unnecessary and makes you seem less intelligent.

5) I sat here and read comments as they came up, and no comments were deleted by the blog owner.

Once again, these are observations that I have personally made based on the things that I have read. Period.

I didn't get to see Melissa's comments so I don't know what Anonymous (above me) is saying, but I do know that Melissa posted about Stella and was bullied into removing her post. I asked her to PLEASE report what was going on to the boutique protection pages but she didn't want to get harassed even MORE so she didn't. :/

There was also another customer who posted on Stella's wall but their comment was deleted. So this is not just ME having a problem here, people! There are probably DOZENS out there that haven't discovered this post or are too scared to speak up. :(

I have never bought anything from stella because I havent seen anything that blew my mind but I have been a fan on her page since before she opened her company and seriously have never seen anyone be "bullied" by her promoters or fans. All of you whining about your bad experiences need to take a deep breath. If you had a negative experience write an honest review and move on with your lives. Had you read the article, you would have noticed that the main problem to the author were the LIES she was told, not that she didn't receive the cosmetics. Unless you read the posts before they were removed then of course you didn't see the rude comments that were made. Unfortunately, the rude comments were deleted as were numerous questions from other customers asking where their orders were.

I have the right to tell my experience on my page. What is wrong is people harassing and bullying. You are not the ones going through the situation. You say how close you are to stella and are family or whatever but that doesnt have to do with the customer service. & if i am correct if you are truely her fan friend or family i think stella clearly stated on her page not to be rude of any sort. This is NOT bashing stella, it is sadie experience with that company. If you had a bad experience you would probably let people know. How you are only hard through being anonymous. How childish of you. & this is not junior high so why dont you guys act like adults! In a business there will be good reviews and bad ones and that does not mean bashing but maybe that gives the owner a chance to improve!!

This is a blog. The author is presenting a collection of facts of her experience with this company, and her opinion of said customer service resulting from her experience. This isn't some feverish crusade where the author is out to slander the company because she simply feels like it. No, it's a collection of FACTS about her EXPERIENCE of which have unfortunately been less than positive.

If you disagree with what is posted here in this review you have that right, just like the author has the right to her own opinion. HOWEVER - nothing gives a person the right to harass or insult another person - NOTHING. People who disagree with another person are NOT entitled to put that person down, no matter how RIGHT you think you are in doing so. If you do not agree with what this person wrote then by all means have a civil discussion about it like an adult should do so - but do NOT think you have the right to sit behind your computer screen bullying others, and posting degrading and abusive comments.

To the charming cluster of persons who have been posting in this company's defense - you are seriously doing more damage to the reputation of this company than you probably think. You are making yourself look bad; as well as the company your are supposedly trying to 'defend'.

If this business owner had any moral integrity she would NOT have posted a massive wall of text on her company Facebook page NAMING an individual who decided to write about their less than stellar experience. If a business owner wants to make sure this doesn't happen again - you know what a normal owner would do? Sit down and actually work out WHY there are customer problems with the business, and what THEY THE OWNER can do to fix the issue and ensure it does not happen again. After all, happy customers = happy business owner.

A respectable business owner does not direct their rabid fans into shredding a blog author a new a-hole. And if you feel like saying "well, she said to not be meanie-pants to this big meanie-poo blogger who wrote about my company in a big bad meanie-weanie way' - well wake the hell up. If this company owner did not want Sadie to be glitter mobbed she would of NEVER posted her name and blog details in the first place.

Seriously, think about it. Actually THINK about the situation and ask yourself why it's even occurring.

What caused this whole drama to begin with?

The customer whose hard earned dollars entitled them to receive their purchased products in an acceptable time frame?

Or the company who did very little to keep their customer happy (which should really be their top priority) and then proceeded to name and shame her on their companies' social networking site?

Really, think about it... It's not hard to see where the blame, if any, should lie.

In all honesty.. stella needs to get herself an assistant that can physically help her with packaging NOT an online web desinger that doesn't even live in the same area. What the heck is that gonna do for the business especially if she's just talking crazy to customers (as stated above) stella is too busy raising boys to keep up with the demand of producing and shipping products. Point blank :)

I don't even own it anymore), nor would she have tagged my networking page and made a huge deal about it. She would've just said shit happened, move on... blah blah blah. Like someone else mentioned, she LOVES TO PLAY THE MARTYR! Read through her statuses and you will see that. It's VERY unprofessional.

Sadie, anyone is in fact entitled to their own review about a company. However, it's not right to bring up her religion and family into this when it has nothing to do with it. That's all that Stella's fans are trying to say. A review should be written about the quality of the service and the product itself. It's not about questioning the owner's belief system and other personal subjects such as her family. This whole thing would have not escalated if those things weren't brought up.

Sadie, I understand you're upset. I would be upset too if I paid for something and hadn't received it. But Stella, admitted her faults. She admitted that she bit off more than she can chew and gave you back your money back. She feels really bad about it and is sorry. I know that for some people sorry isn't enough but that's all she could have done.

So, do I agree with all the cussing back and fourth, NO. Do I believe in Bullying, NO. I do however believe people should just respect each other no matter what circumstance. I'm trying as best as I can to look at this situation as an outsider and I still don't agree with how it was all handled from both sides. We could have all handled this more calmly and not make it all crazy and out of hand.

Do I believe Stella bullied her costumers? Not a chance. She is a really loving person with a big heart. One of the sweetest people I've ever met. I have taken a look at the comments on her page and monitored them. I feel she handled customer's questions on her wall very well. She was very sweet and loving. At times she would forget to comment on people's posts because has another job, a full time mommy. Do I feel she needs more help to run the company? Yes. but she is trying the best she can under the circumstances. In my eyes it's a good thing she's going through this to come out stronger, learn, grow, and be an excellent business woman. What I've learned in life is that no one is perfect. That's a beautiful thing in my opinion. It gives people a chance to grow and learn.

My hope is that everyone will find peace in this situation.

Oh yes, that's a complete "outsider's" perspective. LOL Not even close.

Stella is the one who brings up her religion on a daily basis. Nowhere did I make fun of her religion - you don't know, maybe she and I share the same religion - I am just sick of reading about it with the way she treated me.

My MAJOR problem with Stella was not that she bit off more than she could chew, or the fake apologies just for show, it's the lies. She said she would send me my package and my refund - I said no please do NOT send my refund just my package... I did not want her to lose money, I did not want my money back, I just wanted my package. It was a PRESENT for goodness sakes. Not only did she ruin the christmas present, she also decided at the last minute not to ship it (after 6 weeks of LYING and saying she would - see this is where her religion comes into play again, christians aren't supposed to lie are they?) and now I am scrambling to find a special birthday present for that same person. I don't have time to order from anyone now because her birthday is in less than a week. Stella KNEW THIS but waited til the last minute to refund me and then say she wasn't sending my package.

I had every intentions of writing a good review on her PRODUCTS and then just mentioning that her customer service sucked (in nicer words, actually), but at the last minute she decided to go back on her word. THAT is the problem here. The lies the lies the lies. You can't lie to customers and treat them like dirt and then expect to be left alone.

You are obviously not an outsider, not after reading that last paragraph you wrote... the first part of your comment actually made me think you were going to be fair in looking at the situation.. you weren't, that's fine.. moving on.

Sadie, I really don't know where all your anger is coming from. You are being disrespectful to me after I'm perfectly calm and writing my point of view. You can at least respect that can't you?

About the whole religion ordeal, I never said you made fun of it. I said that it shouldn't be brought up because it has nothing to do with this situation. So please, let it go.

I think the reason why she decided not to send you the products the last second was because she knew you would continue to bash her. Would you want to give someone your products knowing that all this was being said? I doubt it. But you're probably going to say the opposite just to disagree.

Lastly about the whole lying thing... I doubt she lied to you .. She's just going through a lot with all the business she's getting with her company and her family. She also had the flu (and trust me it wasn't a lie). She wouldn't intentionally hurt her fans. She wouldn't intentionally not send costumers her package. She wouldn't intentionally stress people out and make them angry. Why would she have a reason to do all that? You no evidence to claim that she lied to you about the packages because you weren't there when she sent the packages... a lot of what you say are just assumptions.

She had in fact sent you out your package twice. Stella knows it was her fault for not putting insurance on them. Also she had put tracking numbers on them but I'm not sure what she did with the slips. That's why I said that people make mistakes and from those mistakes we will learn, grow, and become better people. That's what life is all about.

AND she conveniently lost the tracking numbers to both - when she told me she did not GET tracking numbers on them?

She said she would send my package out - even after all of this. She didn't. That's another lie. WHY would she send it out? Because she said she would, and that's what people are supposed to do... is keep their word.

I'm so over this, Stella had the chance to issue a genuine apology and send my package and she didn't. The review is here to stay, and I will respond to comments but I have stopped promoting the post so the best thing to do is to stop coming to it or it's just going to keep bumping it up in search engines when people search reviews of Stella's business. :)

It was brought to my attention this morning that i was some how brought into this feud. I dont really understand why but i want to say i have been a fan of both parties involved since stella opend her business. I have been away from all of this drama all day yesterday. And dont appriciate people trying to slander or bring down my company in association with others.
Yes sadie is my friend. Yes stella and I dont really know each other but we have always been curtious to one another. So whom ever the anonymous was that felt the need to bring me in to this , it was a really cheap shot.
Sadie has every right to post her feelings and others have every right to share what they choose. A few of my current and past promoters saw the link and choose to share it on thier wall. It was not an attempt to savatage anyone nor was it a gimick to make me look better. My customer service & products speaks for its self and always has in my 8 years of business.
I always keep it "classy".

as a person who buys Indie makeup, I will never purchase from Stella. My friend *still* is having issues with Stella.

As a business owner it makes you look bad to lie about anything, regardless of giving a refund. LYING is a horrible character trait.

Sadie, I am glad you posted this. People need to know. Her defenders who are vulgar *also* are a reason for me to not purchase from her, who knows: it could be her posting full of vulgarity. Anonymity isn't comforting.

I am sorry you had to deal with this. I can point you in the direction of AMAZING indie companies who do not lie and work with customers :)

I do appreciate blog posts making warnings about companies and sharing experiences. I search for all sorts of reviews on companies before I buy from them. Based on this and my friends issues I can say, without a doubt, that I will *never* purchase from Stella Starish, ever. There are companies I'd much rather support.

To everyone whining that religion shouldn't be a part of this debate, here's the thing: Stella posted a big shpeel about how she was praying to God to make this situation with Sadie magically go away.

The moment she did that, her religious beliefs became a very big part of this debate. Stella spends a lot of time telling everyone that she's such a good Christian woman because she wants people to believe that there's no way she could have been in the wrong, because she's a good Christian woman. In my experience, people who spend that much time trying to convince everyone they are Christian are usually fending off some pretty heavy guilt about how "un-Christian" they have been.

Religion aside, Sadie has every right to talk about her experience and her opinion. Taking someone's money and not delivering their purchase is not only morally wrong, it is against the law, and whether someone finally gets a refund or their products weeks, or even months later, does not change the fact that they received horrible customer service.

Besides that, Stella's very public pony show about Sadie was nothing more than a martyr attempt. I have NEVER seen a respectable company/company owner behave that way, because respectable companies and owners know better.

I saw stellas post about this review first even before i knew what was really going on. After spending the time and reading her side of the story then reading sadies side of the story..(comments and ALL!!) the verdict will and always will be The customer is always right.

Bashing a blogger for this review on a customer service transaction regardless of the amount is simply childish. Blogging has become a main source of research for products worldwide, its negative ones that brings attention to companies that need change (which is a good thing). Stella needs to make company changes that is beyond obvious, even for the loyal fans who adore her company and have great transactions. Change isnt bad and will benefit you as well; So the sailor mouths up in here need to came down, this isnt the end of anyone nor anyone's company because of one bad blog post.

After reading almost 70 comments about religion all i have to say is SMH.... SMH! When a business openly post about ther day, family & religion you have already lost the first rule to running a business... BEING WAAAAAY TO PERSONAL! Now granted alot of people like this about stella but look what it opened up.. this debate weather she really is religious.. and it isnt far to anyone regardless of the situation.

The review over all was good, And i dont know either of the people being discussed in this. I hardly followed both before the blow up. People need to make mistakes to learn.

Bottom line the lesson was learned!

I find it interesting that her page is back up this evening and she said she 'took it down for the sopa thingy'. 10 bucks says she doesn't even know what the 'sopa thingy' was about. Pathetic. Just another way to hide from her bad business practices for a few more days.

With all the problems in world yall want to focus on this one lady and her small business. I know for a fact she closed her page for SOPA because I closed mine too for 24 hours and so did other makeup pages. I have never once said anything negative to anybody during this whole ordeal but I truly believe that yall have taken this too far...its one thing to have a complaint about customer service,but when yall start throwing in low blows to insult a persons character that takes it to a whole other level that's totally unnecessary. Not only am I a promoter for Stella I am her friend....I dont appreciate the things being said about her and I dont appreciate the things said about her promoters.
I have always conducted myself with 100% class and I wont be talked about or down to by anyone else here on this blog. If you have a problem with that then feel free to unlike my page if you done so because Im about to delete a bunch of you. Have a good one!!

The way a person runs their business speaks a lot about their character. I don't have to say a thing about Stella for her fans to see how she treated me, publicly, on Facebook. She deleted the posts promptly but not before a few people saw them. And I'm not the only one she has treated poorly, which is obvious by all the comments.

No...I see people I recognize on here that were my friends on facebook who didn't make themselves anonymous. If you scroll up you will see the comment about how classless her promoters are for saying hateful things and how we are hiding behind our computer screens. Well we are all behind computer screens...people get bold enough to say what they feel over the internet that they wouldn't dare say to someones face.
If you have a serious complaint about a business then yes voice your opinion... but I saw comments questioning her Christianity and people talking about her family and that's just uncalled for. So im not just saying not to just you Sadie if "these people " want to talk so negative and hateful then just delete me as a friend or dislike my page because I have to much class to be associated with people like them.

I know I have liked your page and i think everyone has a right to their opinion good or bad and i do not think harassing people is not the answer. and that for one is very childish. I hope that what you are saying is toward me but as a see that I was deleted which I have not done nothing wrong but was harassed and i have not once talked about her family or relion but about the customer service i received!

I know this is like way late but I remember when this whole ordeal happened. I remember because a post that stella posted caught my attention. It basically called out a customer for complaining. I posted to her, that I felt it was wrong to put it on her business page. It would have beenmore appropriate for a personal page. I was immediatey bombarded with comments that I should "mind my own business", not by stella, by others. But hey whatever. I stayed a fan. Well recently I participated in a contest on her page and posted my picture up a whole 2 min first. But was told I didnt win. I was upset because it didmt seem fair. I took a screen shot of the page showing I was first then suddenly my contest picture disapeared..well I posted the screen shot and was bombarded again with coments that it was fake, that I was a child for being upset, blahblahblah. I only did it because I felt it wasnt right that I didnt win. Only after arguing for 45min did stella say she wouls email me about it. Then the whole conversation was deleted. I dont know stella, I want to believe shes a good person but honestly with my experience I cant. if you complain, you get attacked. Not by stella but by others who have nothing to do with the company, but your friends are a reflection of who you are right? I only hide my identity because I have my own business that I need to protect. I dont want my business to be bad mouthed for writing this.

I own Alexeter Mineral Makeup. Stella's prices have definitely given me a hard time since I cannot dare compete with her $1. Her business is one of many reasons I've stopped my Facebook business. However, I know Stella to be a hard working woman. Though she may make mistakes, she learns from them and doesn't repeat them. If I didn't make my own make up I would surely order from her!! There's too much poison I the world, let's keep the past in the past and give the future a chance to bloom!
